Dodge
This section is about dodging and movement at a micro scale
Dodging is an underrated mechanical skill that often gets overshadowed by aiming but is really part of the same system. Dodging combines knowledge of mechanical facts of the game: the weapons, their reload times, the player hitbox, view height, the animations of the model etc... with the mental awareness of your opponents and your own strengths, weaknesses, and expectations. Dodging is not just a certain pattern of pressing the A and D keys, but how to combine all of this knowledge and awareness to become more unpredictable and make your opponent more predictable.

LNR's Dodging Guide (provided by Skybernaut)
•Positioning• (If you aren't putting yourself in a good position.. You have just made your entire gaming style 100% harder to dominate. This note differs depending on the type of player and style you like.. Though it is important no matter what style you decide to play!! Do not put yourself in situations where you know you are at a HUGE disadvantage... Your success rate will drop a ton! *unless of course you want to get dominated, then congratulations! you succeeded*)
•Dodging• (The ability to make your enemy completely miss or just barely hit you with some splash damage..) If your enemy can't hit you.. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to kill him, understand?! but, HOW CAN *I* DO THIS?! Well we are getting to this... Relax and take it all in.
•Juking• (Deception... making the enemy think you are going one way then you suddenly switch the flip and you go the other. This is oh so important when I begin to explain how to utilize these things you are now reading about! A very easy example of this is when you constantly just tap at a very rapid speed... your movement keys.. as in side to side.. (left right left right left right left right Do this to much in one situation and they will just fire where you are at now.. so you must make a move at some point) Though!! Remember, this is a 3D world! Back and forward also work with juking... mix them together... Your enemy will be so befuddled (WTF IS HE DOING, WHERE DO I AIM?!) That your next move will blow his mind.. You just ninja'd their brai
•Counter Strafing• (Very basic form of trying to counter your enemies positioning upon you.) Example: They are strafing left on you, making you feel uncomfortable. So you decide to strafe right to counter it. This often is an 'OK' option but, know that you are playing into what they want you to do.. Something you may try to practice is CUTTING into them (ie, moving closer to the enemy to get on their backside.. takes practice to master this with jukes.. Though if you manage to do this.. Your enemy will pay a heavy price for allowing this to happen)
•Strengths/Strong-sides• (Every player you play has strengths.. Things that he most certainly will do better then yourself. Alot of this is based on what hand they are dominant with.. Are they left handed or right handed?! which hand do they use the mouse with... well this isn't as hard as you'd think... since we know mostly that 85% of the players in this game are right handed.. its easy to assume your enemy is right handed.. (if he happens to be left handed.. you will notice damn near immediately.. as their strong points are YOUR strong points..)
•Vulnerability/Weak-sides• (Just as I stated above that every player has strengths.. That enemy very well has weaknesses... These are what you must focus on and take as much advantage of it as you possibly can!) •Just as players react very quickly when you decide to allow them the moment to use their GOTO move.. It is very different when you force them to use their weak moves (weak-sides).. They will often wait a second hoping that you comeback to their strong-side... Their reaction time is often slower and their accuracy is much worse... So as much as you want to constantly utilize your strong points.. It is often better to dominate their weaknesses...•
